Sourcing sessions
A sourcing session is a durable job that discovers creators matching your campaign brief or ad-hoc criteria. Sessions may be bound to a campaign or run independently from the Jobs view.
Each session progresses through queued, running, and completed states. Cloudflare Workflows execute provider calls and enrichment steps; progress surfaces in the Sourcing UI with session detail and creator lists.
Providers
Karis integrates external creator-data providers for discovery and enrichment. Provider parity is maintained across sourcing backends; your Organization's configured credentials and Entitlements determine which operations are available.
- Discovery — find creators by audience, platform, and brief fit.
- Enrichment — fill profile, contact, and performance fields before outreach.
- Deep-check — validate fit or compliance before committing to negotiation.
Credits and reservations
Variable-cost operations consume Credits. Before work that can incur external cost begins, Karis creates a Credit Reservation — a temporary hold for the maximum Credits the Billable Operation may settle.
After a durable outcome is known, Settlement converts the reservation into an immutable Usage Event and exact Credit debit. Check Available Creditsin the Credit Center before starting large sourcing runs.
Working with results
Review sourced creators in the session detail view. Add promising profiles to campaign pipelines, generate first-touch drafts, or discard poor fits. Requeue failed jobs from operator tooling when authorized; historical failed sessions are not treated as new failures on their own.
