Inbox
The Inbox aggregates provider-synced conversations across connected Mailboxes in your Organization. Messages are grouped by Thread and linked to campaigns when routing rules or manual assignment apply.
Threads
A Thread is one creator conversation tied to campaign context, negotiation state, and fulfillment progress. Open a Thread to read history, compose replies, review drafts, and advance deal stages.
Subject-pattern routing and campaign tags help classify inbound mail. Threads that cannot be matched automatically appear in Unsorted until an operator assigns them.
Thread Mailbox Binding
The Thread Mailbox Bindingis the stable Mailbox identity fixed when a Thread's first provider-facing send is durably accepted. A new Thread remains unbound while Karis generates and reviews its local first-touch draft.
Binding may transition only from unbound to one Mailbox. Follow-ups, replies, reconciliation, and recovery retain that Mailbox even if the Campaign Default Mailbox later changes.
Drafts and Outbox
Local First-touch Draftsare mailbox-neutral outreach content stored only in Karis before a Thread's first send. They exclude the managed sender signature until preview and send.
The Outbox lists pending drafts across campaigns. Generate drafts from sourcing results or compose manually, then send or hand off to negotiation workflows when policy requires review.
Unsorted mail
Unsorted holds inbound messages that did not match a campaign routing rule. Review, assign to a campaign, or dismiss noise. Keeping routing tags and subject patterns up to date reduces unsorted volume.
